深圳国际科技商务平台建立于2004年10月，是深圳市委市政府为进一步推动高新技术产业持续快速发展，大力实施“引进来、走出去”战略，建设创新型城市和国际化城市的重要举措。

    深圳国际科技商务平台坐落在深圳高新区南区，总面积一万平方米，配有设施齐全的办公、会议、商务、餐饮、休闲等场所和专业化的服务机构。累计引进了数十个国家和地区的74家境外机构。深圳国际科技商务平台依托境外机构的资源，实施深圳市委市政府的“引进来”、“走出去”发展战略，促进深圳对外贸易工作，为政府和民间组织对外友好交流牵线搭桥。

    ●引进725个企业和项目落户深圳，引进境外先进技术336项，帮助引进3所境外知名大学入驻深圳虚拟大学园，邀请1421个境外代表团来深圳参加会议展览或商务考察；
    ●举办境外投资贸易环境和科技政策等方面的推介会、国际研讨会、论坛、讲座等2056次；
    ●组织1178个代表团赴境外参展或商务考察，协助256家深圳企业在境外设立公司或机构；
    ●帮助786家深圳企业、机构同境外建立了科技商贸合作关系。
    ●帮助深圳企业出口累计金额34.5亿美元，进口累计金额8.6亿美元；
    ●促成俄罗斯萨玛拉州、法国维埃纳省、以色列海法市、保加利亚普罗夫迪夫市、瑞士伯尔尼州与深圳市结成友好城市，促成加拿大圣约翰市、爱尔兰科克市与深圳市结成友好交流城市，英国西南英格兰地区与深圳市签署友好合作备忘录以及卢旺达基加利市与深圳市签署加强交流与合作备忘录；

●接待境内外代表团636个、5432人次，其中境外代表团401个、外宾2665人次。

Leading bodies and carriers

Established in October 2004, Shenzhen International Science and Technology Business Platform is an important measure taken by Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Municipal Government to further promote the sustained and rapid development of high-tech industries, vigorously implement the strategy of "introducing and going out", and build innovative and internationalized cities.

Shenzhen International Science and Technology Business Platform is located in the South District of Shenzhen High-tech Zone, with a total area of 10,000 square meters, equipped with well-equipped office, conference, business, catering, leisure and other places and professional service institutions. A total of 74 overseas institutions have been introduced from dozens of countries and regions, and there are 60 institutions in more than 50 countries and regions. Organize 2056 presentations, international seminars, forums and lectures on the environment of overseas investment and trade, science and technology policies, etc.

Organize 1178 delegations to participate in exhibitions or business visits abroad, and assist 256 Shenzhen enterprises to set up companies or institutions abroad.

Promote the formation of friendly cities between Samara, Vienna, Haifa, Bulgaria, Provdiv, Bern, Switzerland and Shenzhen, St. John, Cork, Ireland and Shenzhen, and the signing of friendship between Southwest England and Shenzhen. Memorandum of cooperation and memorandum of communication and cooperation signed between Kigali and Shenzhen.

泰王国一帶一路國際合作机构介绍

为了推进“一带一路”的国际投资促进和科技创新、教育、文化交流；更好地服务中国企业在泰国和东盟的投资和发展，在中国国家相关部门，中国国际贸促委倡议下；四川进出口商会、深圳科创委等机关大力支持下：一带一路国际投资促进（委员）会由国家相关部门、中国国际贸促委等提名胡竑秘书长牵头在泰国发起成立；并得到泰国政府支持，机构包含中、泰、东盟、一带一路国家的资深政治家、将领、外交家、行业领袖、皇族、大型企业精英联合组成。中国国际贸促委也派出代表作为核心发起成员在泰国共同发起。机构主席为泰国政府警将领。

机构以“一带一路”合作发展的理念和倡议，由两国官方主导，成长于中泰东盟一带一路各国，充分依靠中国与有关国家既有的双多边机制，借助既有的、行之有效的区域合作平台对‘新丝绸之路’上经济、人文、商贸等的传承，引领先进的国际合作方式。响应中国“一带一路”重大倡议，共同构筑命运共同体的国际创新合作机构；设立在深圳的代表处是您向泰国和东南亚等一带一路沿线国家进行投资与高端事务处理的一站式办理终端和上佳选择。

2016年 1月12日，由深圳科创委、国际平台主导的2015国际平台工作座谈会，暨泰国外交部授权“一带一路华南代表处”授牌仪式及深圳一带一路国际合作联盟授牌仪式在深圳东方银座美爵酒店隆重举行。应中国政府邀请，泰王国总理府直属BOI广州办主任、广州领事馆Pisut Chotaumpaikorn领事向该会法人代表胡竑秘书长授牌，现场镁光闪烁，掌声四起。这标志着泰王国贸促机关华南代表处，及泰王国一带一路国际投资促进（委员）会，在华的代表处在深圳正式落地并行使相关职能。

Introduction of Thailand's belt and road international cooperation institutions

深圳一带一路国际合作联盟精髓

The essence of the Shenzhen international cooperation alliance

Shenzhen is the most active, fastest and most export-oriented international city in the Dawan District of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. 即涉外强制认证申报窗口

在中央网信办、商务部与工信部指导下，深圳市质检会牵头落实“大湾区信息安全产业基地”【大湾区质量认证促进国际贸易峰会圆满举行】9月24日下午，在深圳市职能管理部门指导下，深圳市市监局有关领导，市质检会贾默涵秘书长携同一带一路国际合作联盟，联合国家队：中检集团深圳公司、中国赛宝实验室、华测检测、安车检测、TUV莱茵、深标院等领军机构，和国际平台应邀的泰王国贸促华南代表处、中国欧盟商会、法国深圳促进会、加拿大大西洋商会、瑞中技术转移中心，俄罗斯南部联邦等机构负责人充分沟通，就疫情影响下的质量认证促进国际贸易进行深入探讨和交流，形成了众多共鸣共识。
